Back in May there was a competition started to find the future of pylons. Well, finally a winner has been drawn. Out of over 250 entries a Danish Engineering Firm, Bystrup has been crowned the winner.

The company’s T-shaped design scooped the £5,000 prize. The competition was to choose the next design, the structure that will replace the existing triangular concept first seen in the 1920’s.
